We are looking for a Hotel Sous Chef who will take responsibility for our 3rd Floor Kitchen & Bistro, (which is a space that offers Light breakfasts, lunches and Dinner). Meetings & Events. (This can be a light buffet lunch for 10 to sit down meals for 80 to catering for elite sports teams). You will be managing the team in this kitchen so strong management skills and good communication is a must. You will have the ability to create and develop menus to enhance the offering in all these areas. Health and Safety / COSHH understanding is vital along with the ability to work to GP expectations and payroll margins.
