Knoll House Hotel are looking for a strong Head/Sous Chef who is willing to take on a new challenge, who is strong, patient, creative, passionate, hardworking and really wants to put their stamp on our kitchen.

We are moving into a new stage of the business, opening a bistro and really pushing the menu forward.

You must have experience of a high volume hotel environment, stock control, costings, creating attractive seasonal menus, developing and managing a team of chefs.

You must be able to demonstrate an exceptional knowledge of all kitchen management aspects from up to date hygiene management to financial & staff management responsibilities.
