Head Chef required for very busy riverside inn, currently one rosette and recommended to go for for two. We are looking for someone with at least two rosette experience who has an intense interest in food.

This position is very hands on, being head of a competent team of six, who can continue to provide our clientele with excellent quality food. Organisational ability is an absolute must, as is a calm disposition, reliability and a polite manner.

The successful applicant would be working 5 days from 7.

The Head Chef will need to manage all aspects of a busy successful kitchen and will have quite a free hand on menus, suppliers, etc.
