The Tickled Pig in Wimborne is a small Michelin recommended restaurant creating innovative food inspired by its own kitchen garden and livestock. Due to the expansion of the business we are now seeking a Head Chef to join our small but happy team. The successful candidate will be someone with at least 2 years experience as a Head Chef, highly motivated, creative and who will share in and understand our passion for provenance and seasonality.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business dedicated to creating a nurturing working environment, offering career progression. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the development and implementation of small but exciting menus working closely with the garden.  You will also be expected to manage food costs and control margins as well as developing and supporting your team.
