The Crab House Café is now looking for an experienced Head Chef with flair, able to manage the kitchen and be hands on. They should be able to lead by example and be part of an all skills team, be able to train staff and have experience with cooking fish to a high standard.
We are now ready to take the restaurant to the next level. Someone with an interest in our kitchen garden and foraging would be ideal.
We will endeavour to give a good work life balance with two consecutive days off per week and six weeks holiday to include Christmas and New Year.
Stock management and computer skills are a must, media would be useful.
