Head Chef Job Role
The Head will have full responsibility and autonomy to develop the restaurant menus, currently 2 AA Rosette and continue to develop the success of this stunning small hotel. This will require a hands-on approach and ability to lead and manage efficiently.
Ideal candidates will have senior sous or head chef hotel experience at least 2 AA Rosette standard, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
