This great opportunity that will suit an existing Head Chef, ideally with experience in quality Inns or Gastro Pubs. Write and execute creative menus using the best seasonal produce. You will have strong financial capability and a track record in training and team development.
Ideally the new Head Chef will be starting in October and with the opening planned for January 2017!
Looking to appoint the new Head Chef to launch and continue to develop the venue, that will offer:
- 120 cover dining restaurant
- Seasonal Modern Exciting British Menu’s
- Outside with Garden Kitchen & Fire Pits
- Deli & Farm Shop
- Kitchen Garden
- Guest bedrooms
- Staff Accommodation
Salary on offer is to £35,000 p.a. Plus 10K bonus scheme paid quarterly.
