Head Chef Job Role
The Head Chef will have full responsibility of the running of the kitchen and team of 10 and continue to develop the success of this stunning venue. Autonomy on menus, using local producers and suppliers.
Ideal candidates will have head chef experience in a volume, fresh food venue, along with excellent communication, kitchen management and leadership skills.
Salary and Benefits
Starting Salary on offer is up to £40,000 p.a
