We are looking for a passionate chef who has 2 rosette experience to join our destination restaurant, The View @ Courtyard by Marriott Exeter Sandy Park. Woking for Matthew Mason we are looking for a Head Chef who has strong management skills to lead the team, train young talent and lead by example. Health and Safety / COSHH understanding is vital along with the ability to work to GP expectations and payroll margins.
