  • This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptionally talented Head or Executive Chef to join an innovative and friendly team whose priority is working with the best British seasonal produce available
  • Comfortable with Large Scale events
  • This role of Executive Sous Chef requires you to be an effective team motivator comfortable with both running the day to day kitchen operation and controlling over the whole operation
  • Although the main kitchen is based in South West London, the right Sous Chef must be happy to travel all across London, putting on events at the cities iconic venues, and must be flexible, adaptable and fastidious about detail.
