Henry’s Bakehouse & Café is situated in the heart of Minchinhampton Town in a beautifully restored Cotswold building. With focus on artisan breads and pastries, along with a menu suiting all palates including plant based products in all areas. This is complimented with a full range of bottled and loose organic milk, handmade butter, cream & yogurt and bread from a local dairy.
Great coffee, breads and pastries with a diverse menu creating a welcoming vibe are at the heart of the café and all drawing on local products and ingredients.
We are currently recruiting a Commis Chef.
- Vital role in supporting culinary, drinks and table service
- Food preparation tasks
- Supporting the Head Chef in cooking and plating dishes according to established recipes and meeting standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
- Ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborating with the kitchen/barista team to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow
- Demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field
- Working with and joining the Barista and front of house team
