This is an outstanding opportunity for a fully-qualified or part-qualified chef lecturer to deliver L1 – L3 culinary and patisserie programmes at our Hospitality and Culinary Academy based at the Merton Campus.  The successful applicant must have experience of working to the highest culinary standards within professional commercial kitchens, a good understanding of both classical and modern techniques and have teaching experience.

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative people who have the ability to motivate learners and work as part of a high performing team. Applicants must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the needs of our student and corporate clients and ideally show evidence of personal or mentoring success at national and regional competition level.
