JOB TITLE    Chef Lecturer

HOURS         37 Hours per week, 52 Weeks per year, Permanent

SALARY       Unqualified: £21001 – £22,727  Qualified: £23,409 – £32,425

(Dependent on Skills and Qualifications)

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Chef Lecturer to join us on a full time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the head of department you will deliver an outstanding Hospitality & Catering provision to learners on levels 1, 2, 3 courses,

The successful candidate will possess a teaching qualification (e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE or DTLLs) or a willingness and ability to attain these qualifications with the support of the College.  An appropriate NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant vocational area is also required.

Significant experience of working within a high quality professional and commercial hotel and restaurant environment is essential.
