We are looking for a strong Chef de Partie who is passionate about food and the hospitality industry, creative, passionate and hardworking and really wants to assist in pushing the business forward.
You will be able to produce and serve quality food, have skills in food preparation, good knife skills, cleaning to a high standard, maintaining kitchen equipment, stock handling, checking orders and general chef support.
A willing to work holidays, weekends, evenings and public holidays is a must. You will be hands on with operations, service and able to work under pressure. Experience of working on your own initiative and be a good team player.
