We require a Chef De Partie & Waiting Couple at our award winning, 3 AA rosettes Hell Bay Hotel on the beautiful island of Bryher which is situated on the Isles of Scilly which are located 28 miles off the coast of Cornwall.
Accommodation is provided for this position which runs from March until October/November. Travel is paid for from Penzance to the Isles of Scilly at the beginning and end of the contract period.
Working on the Estate in any of our businesses is a unique experience. We have great sandy beaches, fantastic views and an exciting opportunity waits for the successful applicant for this vacancy.
Chef duties include; preparing and cooking food to a very high standard within the kitchen brigade. Must be able to understand menu’s and work with fresh produce to provide our high rated cuisine and be passionate about food.

Waiting
duties include; preparing restaurant and setting up guest tables. Taking Food and Beverages orders and relaying to kitchen. Serving food to guests in the restaurant and other dining areas within the hotel. Liaise with kitchen brigade regarding menu content and any special dietary requirements.

Must have existing experience in Hotel Restaurant or an establishment with a good reputation for excellent cuisine.
