We are currently looking for two Chef de Cuisine to lead The Georgian Kitchen and Galvin Demoiselle restaurants on the fourth floor, and the ground floor outlets which comprise our busy Rotisserie, Steakhouse and Fish & Chips.
As a Chef de Cuisine you will drive quality, consistency and culinary excellence throughout your team of chefs across our restaurants and outlets. Thanks to your creative approach and keen eye for detail you will achieve the exceptional food standards for which Harrods is renowned for. Ideally, you will have previously worked in a similar environment with robust business processes and policies.
Working alongside the Executive Restaurants Chef you will assist in delivering the kitchen’s strategy, including recruitment, training and rota management.
This is a unique opportunity to manage a large team of chefs and shape the Harrods culinary landscape. You will be a strong team player and will work closely with the Executive Restaurants Chef, Front of House Managers and the Operations Team.
