A Game Restaurant in Central London is looking for a head chef with an understanding of Meat, Game, British Seasons and how to create the best dishes using produce from the British Countryside.

Located in Fitzrovia this 70 seater intimate restaurant is looking for a head chef who is passionate about Game. The produce comes from some of the best suppliers in the UK and want to allow the meat to be the “star of the show”.

The team currently has 7 chefs, so experience in a management role is required.

The team are all energetic, and passionate and happy to work hard, so your management style must reflect this.

A salary of up to £40,000 depending on previous experience. It is vital that you have mangement experience, have worked with Game and have a quality background!
