- Permanent full time
- 16K – 18K
- Average working week 60 hours
- Aiding with the training and development of college apprentices
- Cleaning and hygiene responsibilities
- 2 menus styles, Tavern Fare and fine dining
- Striving for accolades, ensures the right candidate will share the same vision and dedication
- Candidate will have at least 1 – 2 years Rosette standard cooking or higher
