Gourmet Classic event 18th March @ Bournemouth & Poole College

Gourmet Classic invites you to an exclusive event at
Bournemouth & Poole College, Meyrick Road, Bournemouth BH1 3JJ
Date: Monday 18 March 2013 Time: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Jeremy Medley, INFUSIONS LTD, and Matt Owens, the Executive Pastry Chef
for ZUIDAM UK, will reproduce a hot Culinary World Cup Dinner.
This will be followed by a re-creation of the same dinner, but as a Cold Buffet Plateau,
utilising a range of Gourmet Classic products in conjunction with the latest
gelatines and newest TEXTUROS products from the El Bulli range.
