Our hospitality and catering courses have gained a superb reputation based on the performance of our students, who learn in industry-standard training kitchens and a real working restaurant. Students are taught by expert tutors who bring their industry experience to their teaching.
Students learn everything from food production and culinary skills to drinks service and licensing along with event management. The career history of our alumni is impressive, with many going on to successful careers in the industry as restaurateurs and head chefs.
