Chefs’ Forum Sponsor Synergy Grill Named as The Winner of the Prime Equipment Category at this Year’s Product Excellence Awards

The Synergy Grill has been named as the Prime Equipment winner at last week’s Product Excellence Awards.

The awards evening took place on December 5th at The In and Out Club, a naval and military club in London, where producers, suppliers and manufacturers were recognised for the standard of their product.

The SG900 MK2 model of the Synergy Grill was up against tough competition in its category, with leading manufacturers up for the award, but the innovative technology and extensive list of benefits that come with the Synergy Grill meant that they were the top choice for the award.

CEO of Synergy Grill, Justin Cadbury, said: “All the team at Synergy Grill were absolutely thrilled to be given the award for Prime Equipment Category by The Caterer’s judging panel – and are very grateful to Lisa Jenkins in her speech for saying judges were unanimous.”

The awards are organised annually by The Caterer magazine and aim to recognise excellence and innovation throughout the hospitality industry.

“We believe the future for restaurants, no matter how good their chef, is to utilise the latest and best technology,” said Justin.

“With rising labour costs and environmental considerations of the upmost importance, the Synergy Grill ensures energy savings of 59%, has specifically cleaner ventilation and uniquely no fat tray to have to clean out, meaning Synergy really nails those costs down.”

Over 500 restaurants have now upgraded to the Synergy Grill, with the patented technology and Made In Britain quality resulting in outstanding performance for chefs throughout the industry.

Justin added: “With so much competition, the diner rightly expects a better food product both in taste and texture, something the award-winning Synergy Grill can provide.

“I can assure you we will not rest on our laurels and are very grateful indeed to those in the industry who have shown their faith and supported us in this success.”
