Black Boar Burger on the menu at the Chop House Restaurants
The Black Boar Burger is the latest creation for the menu at the Chop House restaurants, stuffed with both shoulder and belly of wild boar, topped with crispy, dry-cured streaky bacon and coleslaw.
The hunger-slaying mix is sandwiched inside a charcoal bun, slathered with pineapple and chilli piccalilli and served with mixed root crisps, all for £17.50.
The burger is available at Moorgate’s South Place Chop House, Butler’s Wharf Chop House in Shad Thames and Paternoster Chop House, next to St Paul’s Cathedral.
With its on-trend charcoal bun, it’s sure to become an Instagram star, while its unique flavour and indulgent array of toppings ensure it’s not just easy on the eye.
Showcasing the very best of British produce and traditional cooking methods, the BB Burger exemplifies D&D London’s Chop House ethos and is set to become a menu highlight.
