A Stellar line-up for Bristol’s ‘Evening with the Chefs’ Event Series 2013
In just under one week’s time, four of Bristol’s most revered restaurants will join forces for the return of the hugely popular ‘Evening with the Chefs’.
Fresh from being awarded their Michelin stars for 2014, chefs Josh Eggleton of The Pony & Trap and James Wilkins of Wilks restaurant in Clifton are teaming up with Bristol’s culinary high flyers in Toby Gritten of The Pump House and The Star & Dove trio of Matt Duggan, Leigh Pascoe and Tim Denny.
With all four venues hosting an ‘Evening with the Chefs’ event, each chef will depart from their usual kitchens to spend an evening cooking with one another in the other three restaurants.
All four chefs will cook each night with the host restaurant cooking the main course, canapes and amuse bouche. Guest chefs will present the first course, fish course and dessert.
The first evening will be hosted by The Star and Dove, Totterdown, on Tuesday 8th October 2013.
Thereafter, the schedule is as follows:
Tuesday 8th October 7pm – The Star & Dove
Tuesday 22nd October 7pm – Wilks
Wednesday 6th November 7pm – The Pony & Trap
Tuesday 19th November 7pm – The Pump House
