Top chefs have joined forces with local catering colleges to create The Chefs’ Forum!
Top chefs across the UK have joined forces with their catering colleges to support the next generation of young chefs. To mentor, share ideas, motivate, and inspire the talent of tomorrow.
The core values of curriculum enrichment, employer engagement and promotion of the very best suppliers to industry permeate everything we do.
The Chefs’ Forum is the leading foodservice marketing platform, as well as networking group where all chef requirements are met; from sourcing the latest equipment to head hunting talent, but most importantly, it’s a place for chefs to communicate, share ideas and keep a finger on the pulse of the latest trends in hospitality.
The Chefs’ Forum is made up of chefs whose professional expertise has been recognised in the acquisition of prestigious ‘foodie’ accolades including Michelin Stars, AA Rosettes and Good Food Guide cooking scores.
The Chefs’ Forum is run and coordinated by Catherine Farinha and Alexandra Duncan – Specialist Food PR Professionals and Chef Event Organisers – The initiative started in Bristol in 2010 and has now become a national concern, staging chef events from Scotland to Cornwall, Wales to Kent and every major city in between!
This resource harnesses and celebrates the greatest culinary talent across its eleven regions and makes for a hub of excellence which benefits all involved. Best practice, industry knowledge and contacts are shared among the group enhancing the UK food scene, making an even more powerful and exemplary force than it is at present!
