A fine dining farm to fork restaurant championing organic and local produce, based on Gazegill Organic Farm near Clitheroe.

Opening in Spring 2024.

A combination of day time & evening shifts over 4 days per a week (Friday & Saturday evenings only).

** own transport is necessary **

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
– Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
– Assist with food preparation and meal assembly
– Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety guidelines
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:

– Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
– Knowledge of food safety and Health and safety regulations
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
– Culinary degree or certification is a plus, but not required
