Hebridean Fine Foods launch new website
You couldn’t get a more remote location in the UK, nor could you guarantee an environment so narural, fresh and unspoilt. Hebridean Fine Foods is launching an online shop on the 20th August that will enable consumers to order the finest Scottish meat and game as well as, langoustine, hand-dived scallops and lobster to be delivered to their door in Bristol and Bath the following day!
Hebridean Fine Foods believe passionately about providing fresh meat and shellfish from responsible sources with full traceability.
Graeme Todd, director, says “Ours is a family business, farming sheep, cattle, wild boar and also dealing in game and shellfish on our small farm in the Outer Hebrides, Scotland. We are proud to supply a range of top quality boxed meats and shellfish to restaurants and consumers. The farm’s stock graze the heather hills and tidal islands. Their varied diet of heather and seaweed gives the meat a distinctive taste. Recent studies have shown that seaweed is rich in minerals as well as Omega 3.”
Hebridean Fine Foods also works with the local fishing industry. Every day fresh lobster, langoustine and hand dived scallops are landed at the local harbour, fresh from the pristine waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
