Currently Head Chef at The Golden Lion in the picturesque village of Southwick just outside Portsmouth.
Having previously spent 14 years with Marriott Hotels as a member of the international task force which included time in America, Germany, Scotland, France and 14 other hotels in the UK including Meon Valley, Portsmouth, Goodwood Park and Bournemouth Highcliff.
In 2012 he was Head Chef at the London Olympics for the Metropolitan Police Force.
