Grill Shed is a new California themed BBQ restaurant in the Gloucester Quays. Our concept is simple “clean & dirty” we offer a range of smoke house staples and also health conscious super food options. We are looking for enthusiastic ambitious Sous Chef to join our team. This is a great opportunity to get involved early on in a company which has plans to expand quickly. We’re looking to promote from within, meaning attainable advancement in the near future for the right candidates.
