I am currently recruiting for a Head Chef in a South West London Gastro Pub.

The ideal candidate will have a true passion for British seasonal produce, be an experienced head chef, be fun and confident to manage a team of 6 chefs and be looking for a long term career move.

This role has the added bonus of the option of Live in which for the area is a truly rare offering. The fantastic thing about this role is the fact that this head chef is allowed to create their own menus and show off their culinary creativity.

Being such an iconic pub people will come from far and wide to spend a winter’s afternoon snuggled up by the fire or a summers day sipping beer in the garden. Because of this appeal, the food must be ready to blow people’s expectations.

The salary for this role is a very generous £35,000. With this comes great holidays, company benefits and a fantastic team front and back of house as well as amazing operational support.
