We are looking for an experienced General Manager for a Gastro Pub in St Albans which has recently been refurbished and includes a fantastic beer garden.

The role will offer a perfect chance for a candidate who likes the challenge of turning round a struggling business and you will be rewarded fantastically.

The ideal General Manager will demonstrate the following:

-Delivering sales and profit budgets with fresh food experience

-Building and leading a successful team

-Building relationships with local residents

-Delivering exceptional levels of guest service.

Applicants must hold a successful General Manager position.  This is not a first appointment site.

Reflecting the profile the salary is negotiable between 31k-38k based on live in/ out and experience.
