We are a beach front inn, boasting 4 AA stars, 1 AA rosette serving high quality food, specialising in seafood. Our Crab, Lobster and hand dived Scallops are caught straight from the bay 30 yards in front of the inn. We are looking for new chefs to complete a new fresh, dynamic team; they must be enthusiastic, passionate and willing to get their ‘hands dirty’. The position will be 5 days a week, the salary will be negotiable, depending on experience and live in is possible.

Chef de Partie role – what is expected:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes with their own flair
  • Involving themselves with Head and Sous Chef with development of dishes
  • Ensuring that members of the team are meeting expectations
  • Following Health and Hygiene regulations
  • Monitoring portion and waste control
