The Swan at Wedmore are currently looking for an enthusiastic & energetic Chef de Partie to join their kitchen. They are also requiring a Chef de Partie at their sister property, The White Hart in Somerton. Both pubs have a well established following and a great reputation for good food.
Experience in a fresh food kitchen is essential as everything from bread to ice creams are made in our kitchens.

About us:
West Country based Draco Pub Company started in 2011 by buying The Swan, Wedmore and then adding The White Hart, Somerton to the portfolio in 2012. Both pubs were pretty worn out and acquired from large pub groups. Both have been lovingly restored and rejuvenated to create award winning coaching inns with great rooms, bustling bars and fantastic restaurants. A third pub (the former Riverside Inn) has been acquired in Bradford On Avon and is due to open later in 2014 after a major refurbishment.
