Stuart Mathieson retired from the Cornwall College Group as a full time member of staff for over twenty five years and as Head of Hospitality Studies for the last twelve. He remains active in the industry operating two letting properties in Cornwall.
He has been a South West Board member of Hospitality Action for seven years and has taken an active part in the creation and supporting a number of fundraising events in the far SW.
