Born in Liverpool and raised near Moreton-in-Marsh, Mike rose up the ranks from Commis Chef, working for a number of venues as part of an independent restaurant group before returning to the area and spending four years as Head Chef at The Hollybush in Witney, a local dining pub.
Mike now overseas a small team who all share the owners vision for giving the customer honest food with that little something extra!
