  • Experience of food and beer matching.
  • Excellent food presentation.
  • Drive and desire to learn and improve.
  • High cleanliness skills.
  • Ability to lead and control the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Appropriate Hygiene certificates.
  • Must be able to follow direction and implement menus / food presentation from the Head Chef.
