Job Description

  • Working with the owners as part of a close knit team
  • Working with fresh local and sustainable ingredients
  • Will cover head chef’s days off
  • Will be taught butchery and fish fileting skills on the job (if not known already)
  • Ordering ingredients and managing inventory
  • Be in charge of team when necessary
  • Work to a high standard with great attention to detail

Experience
Background in…

  • Fine Dining
  • Rosette and Michelin
  • Health and safety as well as health and hygiene preferred

Hours: 40 – 50 Hours per week: Wednesday through Sunday (Restaurant closed Monday & Tuesday)
Holidays: 28 day
Covers: 52-seater restaurant (up to 100 on weekends)
Food type: Gastropub/ Fine dining/ Tasting menu
