Sous Chef Job Role
The Sous Chef will deputise for the Head Chef in the running of this busy kitchen, offering a modern British menus. Ideal candidates will have experience of volume fresh food dining, confident in all areas of the kitchen with sound leadership and communication skills.

You will have the opportunity to work with the chef to the develop the menu and make your mark. Everything is made in -house, and has a brigade of 7 chefs.
