We are a popular 4 Star Coaching Inn (Family Run Free House) with 9 letting rooms based in the Cotswold’s.  We require an experienced & passionate Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team from October/November 2013

The Inn at Fossebridge is located in a pretty hamlet, only six miles north of Cirencester.  Serving modern British seasonal dishes in our traditional dining pub, using only the freshest local produce available.

 

THE ROLE
As Sous Chef you will work very closely with the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen whilst taking FULL responsibility in his absence.  Deliver, monitor and encourage the consistent and structured training of all new staff and also, their on-going training & development. You will also assist with rota’s, ordering & menu planning

EXPERIENCE
As Sous Chef you will have at least 2 years experience in an award winning/rosette environment and with a real passion for food
