SOUS CHEF POSITION

An exciting new position for a Sous Chef in East Devon.

The position will involve working closely with Haleigh Barrett, Head Chef assisting  in leading a team of 8, ensuring customer satisfaction and working as part of our expert team at our exceptional 2 AA Rosette award winning hotel in East Devon.

You will be expected to work collaboratively to ensure that our weddings, events and leisure guests have an exceptional dining experience with every meal. All our food is cooked to order and our A la Carte menus change daily.

Ideally you will have worked to AA Rosette level have a passion for local food and high standards. Positive attitude is a prerequisite, as is enthusiasm, creativity, and calmness under pressure. You will be wanting to develop yourself and others, and willing to work to ensure that our high standards are maintained and improved.

This is a full-time role and will include evening and weekend work, 5 out of 7 days per week.
