**Competitive Salary & Bonus**
You will already be working as a Sous Chef, have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a high volume kitchen environment working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate an understanding of “nose to tail” cookery.
Reporting to the Head Chef & General Manager, the role involves assisting with the operational management of the kitchen as well as helping to inspire and lead the chef team.
In the absence of the Head Chef you will be running kitchen service in a fast paced restaurant whilst liaising with the FOH management team. You will have stocktaking experience and the ability to draft rotas, cost menus with a sound understanding of margin control.
