An exciting position at a brand new restaurant in Clevedon, Somerset.

PURO will be opening its doors in June 2017 and we are looking for a Sous Chef to work alongside our recently appointed Head Chef.

The vision for PURO is to bring fine dining and excellent service to Clevedon, offered in a relaxed and informal setting. Our menu and style will be modern British, but incorporating various flavours and cooking techniques from around the world. We believe in using locally sourced, fresh produce to create elegant, distinctive and creative dishes.

We are ambitious and will be looking to achieve an AA Rosette level of cooking, with the potential to introduce tasting menus in the future.

We are seeking an individual who shares our vision and passion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and aspiring Sous Chef wishing to work closely alongside a Head Chef, developing menus and having creative input.
