The Kentish Hare is currently seeking a creative Sous Chef with plenty of enthusiasm and a real passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal products.
Previous experience within a first class, professional kitchen is essential. Working within a brigade of 5 chefs you will have the opportunity to cover all sections and input your own ideas onto the menu.
This position is live out so you would require your own transport. Situated in the picturesque village of Bidborough just outside Tunbridge Wells Kent, the Tanner Brothers have successfully steered the Kentish Hare into winning Best Newcomer 2016 in the Estrella Damm Top 50 Gastro Pubs in January 2016 and 2 AA rosettes.
