Sous Chef Job Role
Ideal candidates will have experience of busy fresh food kitchen, confident in all areas with sound leadership and communication skills. You will possess solid craft skills with able coach and train.

You will be naturally passionate about use of fresh, local produce and with the ability to deputise for the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen, including costings and stock & margin control.

 Salary and Benefits
Starting Salary on offer is from £22,000 p.a. to £25,000 p.a. depending on experience. Plus:
