A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role is required. The ideal candidate must be capable of working within the perameters of a rosetted restaurant withing a 4 star hotel environment. Experience in conference and banqueting work is an advantage. This is an opportunity to join a small, hard working and forward thinking team.
