We are looking for a Senior CDP/Junior Sous chef to join the team at Sienna.

Sienna is a small Modern British restaurant serving seasonally driven menus. Currently Sienna is the only Michelin star restaurant in Dorset and also holds 3 AA rosettes.

You will be part of a small team and will be working directly with chef proprietor Russell Brown.

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.

Split shifts Tuesday to Saturday, the restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Salary circa 17-18k depending on experience. No accommodation.
