- Taking responsibility for business performance whilst analyzing and planning pub/restaurant sales profitability
- Organizing marketing activities such as promotional events and discount schemes
- Managing, organizing and supervising all employees whilst providing relevant feedback and development needs
- Coordinating the entire operation of pub/ restaurant service standards
- Being the face of our business, meeting and greeting customers and organizing reservations
- Recruitment, training and motivating staff
- Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and health and safety
