We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef to join our Head Chef Joe Bartlett, formerly of the two Michelin-starred Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. Applicants must have a strong desire and passion to learn and adapt as we push forward in this new culinary adventure. A strong rosette/Michelin-starred background would help but is not essential.
