Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, authenticity, and consistency to our Italian-inspired menu while ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute menus showcasing authentic Italian cuisine, with focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  • Manage day-to-day kitchen operations including prep, cooking, plating, and service.
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate junior kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate with management on menu development, specials, and cost control.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Head Chef in a busy Italian restaurant environment.
  • Deep knowledge of Italian cuisine, regional specialties, and traditional cooking methods.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage costs and work within budgets.
