We like to think of our team as a family. We have long-standing team and returning seasonal team members that return year after year. But as our current Head Chef is relocating and our Restaurant Manager is leaving to go travelling, we are looking for a suitable replacement to take over the reins.
The Head Chef needs to be a leader, a motivator, a mentor, someone who the team all look up to. In addition to strong cooking and menu planning skills you will be managing all costings, health and safety and achieving your GP every week.
Experience in a similar role is essential. If you have good initiative, strong people skills, and are ready to work in a busy-fast paced kitchen serving the best of local seasonal produce, get in touch.
Working with renowned chef, food writer and restaurateur Mark Hix, this is an amazing opportunity to work with an experienced and friendly team, with plenty to learn along the way.
