Working closely with a dedicated team of staff within the School of Services to People, you will be responsible for the delivery of Professional Cookery at all levels including Welsh Baccalaureate.

You will be an experienced chef, qualified to level three or above and have the ability to motivate and inspire students to improve their commercial skills and knowledge base in professional cookery and restaurant service. You will also have the ability to stretch and challenge learners to reach their full potential in the hospitality industry and have excellent communication and personal skills when dealing with young people.

The successful candidate should either hold or be working towards a recognised teaching qualification and Assessors and IQA awards. Pastoral experience would be advantageous and experience in leading a team is essential.

The ability to use the Welsh language in teaching & learning and/or general communication at a basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable for this post.
